Afternoon Tea for Two

Presented in an elegant birdcage, Tea Time Whispers is inspired by the Qing Dynasty tradition of songbird keepers who gathered in teahouses to savour tea and share stories to the sound of birdsong. Hutong’s modern interpretation transforms this ritual into a sensory journey of delicate flavours and quiet indulgence. 

Each layer delights the senses, beginning with savoury dumplings such as Crystal Har Gau, Perilla Roast Duck & Pumpkin, and the Spicy Crunch vegan dumpling. Continue with comforting favourites like the Deep-Fried Taro Puff and Yu Xiang Crispy Pork Dumpling, before concluding with exquisite desserts – from Grapefruit & Mango Mochi to Jasmine & Coffee Layered Pudding – a fitting finale to an elevated tea experience.
