Hutong takes its' inspiration from the dishes served in the Imperial Palaces of Peking with menus artfully capturing the subtlety and surprises of Northern Chinese cooking mixed with the fiery spices and complex flavours of Sichuan province. Red lanterns, traditional moon gates and delicately carved wooden screens and tables evoke the sights and sounds of old China.
